Fourth being the crucial word here.
The force has been strong this week! I'm very happy to report I've been really good with myself and even did a bit of Kayla Itsines pretraining yesterday- although physio is stopping me from fully committing.
Because I worked today, I have been pretty dreadful as work rotas rarely (ever) allow for scheduled meal times. But tomorrow I'm back on the horse!
I am exhausted so this is going to be short and sweet.
I can do this.
P.S. I tried overnight oats this morning. I can't do them.
